To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Exceptional financial discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and external professionals
- Empathy and compassion to guide clients through personal and challenging circumstances
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members
- A passion for business development and building client relationships
- Familiarity with the private client markets in West Sussex (desirable, but not essential)
This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor, Senior Solicitor or Partner with over 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
