Technical Field Sales / Sales Engineer
Location: To cover North UK (Birmingham - Scotland as a territory)
Occasional visits to head office in Uxbridge (Every 2-3 weeks)Hours: Full Time 8:30 – 4:30 pm
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 basic plus OTE £46,000 - £50,000 Uncapped

Our client is a leading instrumentation supply company, offering a wide range of products for specialist industrial applications, supplying to all market sectors including oil/gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, food, motor racing, semi-conductor and power generation.
A key part of the role will be business development and prospecting for new customers. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, and customer visits across the UK, from Birmingham to the Scottish border
Therefore, you'll have a good understanding technical sales - ideally with an engineering background.
The role will primarily involve sales activities, including identifying customer needs, presenting products, and closing sales. IT would suit a candidate already in the Field, or someone already in technical sales looking to take the step up into Field sales.
Are you the right person for the job? Technical Sales experience (internal or field sales)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Formal qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production or related field is an advantage
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
UK Driving licence
Experience with selling into varied markets/industries
Your role as a Field Sales Executive offerCommission on GP sales, paid monthly OTE £46-50k uncapped
