A Secondary SEMH school in Northampton is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will support students in their learning journey and provide a nurturing and inclusive environment.
About You:
- Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience working within an education setting or similar role.
- Skills: Ability to engage and support learners, bringing enthusiasm and creativity.
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with special needs.
- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Communication: Strong professional communication with students and staff.
- Promotion of Values: Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
