Production Supervisor

• Supervising a team of approximately 35-40 people supporting and reporting to a shift manager.
• Carrying out training to the production team.
• Always ensuring these duties are completed in line with Company policies, including but not limited to, PPE, Food safety, allergen management, Health and Safety, ‘clean as you go’ and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assisting and covering part of Shift Manager role when they are on holiday.

• Resilient and confident, flexible with regard to working hours.
• Previous experience of working in production in a fast pace environments ideally FMCG.
• Strong team player with supervisory skills (leads from the from the front setting a good example to others).
