Onboarding Specialist

We are working with a Globally known Business who is looking to appoint an Onboarding Specialist to join their team. They ideal candidate would have previous experience in onboarding or as an administrator.
As the Onboarding Specialist you will facilitate the onboarding process from customer engagement to successful integration while adhering to quality standards and compliance requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE ONBOARDING SPECIALIST:
- Develop and Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process
- Collect and review required documentation from new clients including, contracts; certifications, and other relevant documents to ensure they comply with the legal requirements.
- Provide training to new clients on the processes, systems and any specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to establish standardized onboarding procedures
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and collaborate with the team to develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Previous relevant experience or as administrator
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
