• Oversee agency partnerships to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Leverage a range of communication channels to reach different audiences
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain consistency in company messaging
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory standards and company policy

The Successful Applicant

A successful Communications Manager' should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role within Communications
• Strong knowledge of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, including crisis communications and media communications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and platforms
• A creative and strategic mindset

• An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £70,000, with a 10% bonus
