THE TEAM

Residential Valuation Advisory (RVA) is the firm’s centre of excellence for residential-led valuation, and comprises three complementary workstreams - Valuation, Viability and New Settlements. Currently comprising 16 people, the team is looking to grow.

RVA is closely aligned with the firm’s planning and development focus, and offers considerable growth potential. Residential is the largest, most dynamic sector in UK real estate. VALUATION

The Valuation team advises on an extensive range of residential assets for a variety of private and public sector clients including developers, property companies, housing associations, local authorities and funders.
