One of our clients is seeking multiple temporary Customer Service Advisors to assist with a short-term project. As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to third parties collaborating with the company, confirming customer details, and manually updating them in a new system.This role will involve a high volume of outbound calls, averaging around 100 or more calls per day.
What you need to apply:- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume phone-based role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in IT and typing
- Confidence in making outbound calls
