Optical Clinic Development Manager
With 10 clinics already in operation, we are searching for somebody to lead the development and establishment of a further 14 new clinics, achieving their target of 24 clinics in operation within a fiver year period.Zest Optical are working in conjunction with the nation's leading charity who support those experiencing homelessness and in other vulnerable situations gain access to eye care services throughout the UK.
With 10 clinics already in operation, we are searching for somebody to lead the development and establishment of a further 14 new clinics, achieving their target of 24 clinics in operation within a fiver year period.This is a senior leadership role which requires somebody holding a successful track record launching new locations and building teams within the optical industry.
Clinic Development Manager - Role
Oversee the complete process of new clinic openings and branch development from initiation to branch maturityRecruit, train, and manage volunteers for the clinic set-up team, branch lead team, and operational teams
Adapt or develop protocols, instructions, and clinical management systems to ensure GOS + NHS compliance
Work on developing and implementing strategies to support the significant growth of clinics
Continued training and development of volunteer teams to ensure performance and service levels are met
Home-based position with online work, but you must be able to travel to clinic locations and attend meetings as required
Clinic Development Manager - Requirements
An Optical professional who can demonstrate a successful record launching new stores and clinicsStrong understanding of GOS and NHS compliance
Experience in building and leading teams
Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders
