About us

Ward 1 is an 24 bedded inpatient unit providing spinal orthopaedic services to adult patients. As a specialist Foundation Trust, we are in an enviable position to focus our attention on high quality care and innovation. Ward 1 is often at the forefront of these innovations and as Staff Nurse you will be involved in delivering pioneering and life-changing care.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that we consistently challenge ourselves to provide the best care to our patients to ensure they can recover from their operation and return home with an improved quality of life.
