Your new school
This school in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a qualified science teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a one-year contract basis. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. This school strives to make a difference to its pupils by delivering a progressive, knowledge-rich curriculum which has been coherently planned to ensure that pupils develop the skills that will equip them throughout their learning journey.
Your new role
You will be joining a committed science team and will embrace the schools' fully inclusive science curriculum, which offers a wide range of pathways to inspire every learner. You will have the responsibility for both KS3 and KS4 learners and will be working in a professional environment where colleagues collaborate and form strong relationships with both staff and pupils alike.This role will commence from September 2025 and run for the full academic year, with permanent prospects potentially available.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will hold QTS in the UK. A science specialism is also essential. In addition to this, you will be dedicated to academic excellence and will be passionate about each student's potential to succeed. You will have strong subject knowledge which can enhance teaching and learning.
