About the Role: We are a leading recruitment agency partnering with a dynamic company in Sheffield to find a talented HR Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in French, German, Dutch, or Polish and is looking to make a significant impact within a supportive and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Handle employee queries and provide support
  • Coordinate HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Polish
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
