The RGS Worcester Family of Schools is delighted to invite applicants for the position of Assistant SENDCo / Assistant Head of Learning Development. We seek to appoint an exceptional and visionary Assistant SENDCo/ Assistant Head of Learning Development to support the delivery of an inclusive education in our Senior School.

Under the leadership of the Head of Learning Development, the Learning Development team plays an important role in the school’s academic and pastoral systems. The team is well-respected by staff, students and parents, and works hard to provide exceptional levels of support at the cutting edge of research and policy.

The Assistant SENDCo will deliver day-to-day support for pupils with SEND whilst also supporting the Head of Learning Development in leading and co-ordinating the Learning Development provision at the Senior school. This support will enable all pupils to fully participate in school life and reach their full potential.
