Are you passionate about cooking and kitchenware? ProCook is searching for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team and help provide our customers with the best shopping experience. In this role, you will be the face of ProCook in our stores, helping customers find the perfect kitchen essentials.
This is a part-time 8 hours per week position.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers upon entry and assist them in finding their desired products.
- Offer expert advice on kitchenware and cooking techniques.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers and building relationships.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Handle transactions and provide an efficient checkout experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Start your shift by reviewing store promotions and sales goals.
- Assist customers on the sales floor and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Help to keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to stock management and replenishment tasks.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and support store initiatives.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Passionate about customer service and creating great shopping experiences.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
