Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-respected local authority in the Midlands. We are supporting City of Lincoln Council exclusively with the recruitment for a Property Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently.The role will be hugely diverse, dealing with a range of property matters.
Duties of the Property Lawyer opportunity will include:
- Drafting, negotiating, providing legal advice, and implementing instructions for property matters.
- Handling a varied caseload which may include: landlord and tenant, acquisitions, sales and purchases, leases, licenses.
- To support and lead on the development of corporate issues.
- Liaising with internal, external clients and stakeholders.
- To provide a comprehensive legal service to the Council.

Experience required:
Qualified as a Solicitor or Cilex qualified. We would be extremely interested in hearing from candidates with a private practice or public sector background.
