Our client in Oxfordshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager/Senior Business Partner to join their rapidly growing business.

Job Title: Senior HR Manager/Senior Business Partner

Location: Oxfordshire

Your new Role:

  • As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead the Human Resources function, playing an essential role in delivering the people strategy, driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • You will manage the UK-based HR Managers.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders and managers to build people capability; shape and implement people strategies and initiatives within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Working with the CPO, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
  • Spearhead change management projects such as TUPE transfers

About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior, fast-paced HR role
  • Thorough understanding and experience with TUPE transfers
  • Multisite experience
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
