Location: Glasgow West EndSalary: £28,000 - £35,000
Due to a recent growth I currently have an opening for a Property Manager with a well-established property factor based in the West End of Glasgow. You will be part of a supportive team always looking to further develop and improve their staff.
This is a very varied role that requires an individual who is resilient and capable of managing a diverse portfolio. Within the role you will managing large residential developments ensuring all aspects are running smoothly. This role requires someone from a property management background who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role is based entirely on site, Mon - Fri 9:00 - 5:00 (flexibility available)

- Extended Xmas closing times.
- Oversee maintenance of properties: PPM, reactive and day to day
- Annual site inspections
- AGM and owner's meetings
- Ensure company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with customer, clients and contractor
- Assist with project management works
- Processing of sales and insurance claims
- Dealing with queries
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Site visits to properties
- Keep residents well informed
- AGM and owner's meetings
- Proven experience in a factoring role
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to meet targets and perform well under pressure
