We are partnering with a highly respected boutique wealth management firm to find an accomplished Sales & Operations Director. This pivotal role requires a proven leader with a strong track record of managing Financial Planners and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead a team of Financial Planners, driving exceptional performance and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage all operational functions, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards in service delivery, compliance, and efficiency.
• Define and achieve ambitious KPIs, fostering a results-driven culture.
• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting to support business growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement key business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in wealth management operations at a senior level.
• A demonstrable history of successfully leading and developing Financial Planners.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Expertise in financial planning, operational strategy, and budget management.
