We are looking for Part time, female Community Care Assistant, to join our team and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for our clients. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping others.
We put Care First and believe Home is Where the Heart is. The Community Care Assistants will be responsible for assisting our clients with their support needs by following their care plan, and ensuring that they remain independent and safe within their own homes.

Carers must be a driver with access to a car for work. The role is for various shifts and working every other weekends is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with their activities of daily living within their own home, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation etc.
  • Provide support to access the community if it is within their clients care plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with their clients and families.
  • Report concerns to the office.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records for each visit.

We provide full training so experience is preferred but not essential.

Essentials:

  • *****Must be a driver with access to a car for work.****
  • Clear DBS
  • Able to work evening and weekends and start work at 7am.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer sponsorship.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 16 per week
