We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our client's team on day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a focus on providing high-quality care for older adults, including those with dementia.

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• 2+ years of experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Lead and direct a team of Healthcare Assistants
