Deputy Care Home Manager

This care home offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break
To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Lead and inspire the team to deliver special experiences to residents, which promote choice and independence to make a positive difference to their livesAchieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience, ensuring that all company policies, regulations, Codes of Conduct and care plans are adhered to
Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies around standards care, staff welfare and training and develop an excellent reputation
Develop personal contact with residents, their relatives and visitors to enhance the residents quality of life
Deputise in the overall management of the care home including production of reports, budgets & Quality of Life monitoringTake responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents and visitor to the Home and alerting the officers responsible to any hazards or potential risks to health and safety
Ensure you are the team attend training days and courses to ensure learning records are maintained and individuals are developed

Experienced in working in the healthcare sectorDriven and motivated and believe in quality care
An energetic, committed and approachable manager
An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment
A natural networker with both internal and external stakeholders

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
