The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to help support the CFO in managing the business’ financial management and reporting.
This unique role is suited to someone who already has had some great experiences within an accounting or commercial finance function and is looking to really accelerate their levels of ownership and responsibility within a fast-paced and growing business.The role will be a combination of controllership and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting the CFO with management reporting across the business divisions, inc. consolidation, deck creation, commentary, and analytics.
- Supporting the CFO with Balance Sheet management and Group wide financial control environment
- Business Partnering specific company departments: Report creation & maintenance, forecasting & budgeting, variance analytics, and other ad-hoc analytics that supports decision making.
- Liaising with external auditors
- Assisting the CFO with ad hoc projects
- Demonstrated passion for completing tasks, with a proactive attitude towards elevating financial processes and capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience of 3 way forecasting and reporting is preferred
- Experience of Fund Reporting is preferred
- Proven experience in an Accounting or FP&A role, +2 years.
- Currently studying for an Accounting accreditation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a record of delivering results
- Experience in implementing finance processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Xero is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets is advantageous.
