Healthcare Environment. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role. People Management A qualification in accounting or finance is desirable (e.g., AAT, part-qualified ACCA, or CIMA). What are the Responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist role?
Support the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with daily tasks, assisting with basic invoice processing and reconciliations. Process invoices accurately and help with supplier statement reconciliations to keep records up to date. Help resolve payment issues by communicating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Ensure transactions follow company policies, keeping records for audits and financial reports. Provide general support as needed. The post holder will be required to comply with all policies and procedures issued by and on behalf of the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth.
