Looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives working in social care? Look no further than Support at Home! We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers and help us provide exceptional care and support to our clients.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients to live independently in their own homes. We believe in providing quality care, which is why we offer ample time with our clients, including administering medication, personal care, meal preparation, social calls, safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning, and moving of clients, and home help.

Our competitive salary ranges from £12.00 to £14.00 per hour, with additional compensation for drivers and walkers, such as 45p per mile, an extra 50p per call for drivers, and bridge crossing payment. We also provide full training with a £150 bonus upon completion, ongoing career development support, uniforms, Free private healthcare, Paid shadowing and extra training for complex clients.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week, and our Support Workers are community-based, meaning you'll work in your area. We also offer a company pension, employee mentoring programme, and the opportunity for overtime and weekend availability.

To qualify for this role, you should have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle at all times. However, we have other Support Worker roles available, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss further. This role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS Check.
