Purpose of role:
To carry out straightforward planned and reactive mechanical maintenance work in a large commercial building located in Amesbury -including plumbing repair and maintenance, fault finding, testing water temperature, changing filters on air handling units etc.
£38,000 per annum, Monday to Friday - Permanent Role
Working for a nationwide facilities company this is a fantastic opportunity for a time served maintenance handyperson with experience in plumbing repair and maintenance and general building services maintenance experience.
Essential Requirements- Previous experience in planned maintenance and repair in buildings
- Good Plumbing experience
- Experience of changing filters on air handling units and steam.
- Full UK driving license
- Previous Experience on a critical site.
