OFFICE BASED ROLE!
JOB TITLE: Residential Property LawyerPQE: NQ+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £40k plus
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a busy team and work on an existing caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be able to deal with the whole conveyancing process and advise on sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, buy to let and any other matters associated with residential property.This role is office based and all fee earners are supported with their busy caseload from the wider team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and / or Legal Executives who have experience of dealing with their own caseload of residential property maters from initial instruction through to completion. You will have at proven experience of conducting your own caseload with support and be well versed in all aspects of residential property.Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have demonstrable experience of dealing with their own caseload of matters and ideally be able to manage their own caseload of files.

Well respected commercial and private client law firm with a solid reputation is looking to recruit an additional fee earner for the conveyancing team. This is a superb opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to join an extremely busy team.
