Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (weekly rotation)
About the Role:We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team at Park Farm, Wellingborough. This is a varied role with rotating shifts, where you'll be involved in a range of warehouse duties. We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual with the flexibility to support different tasks in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) for loading and unloading goods.
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
- Manual handling and lifting duties.
- General warehouse tasks, including stock management and keeping the warehouse organized and tidy.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
- Full UK driver's license (essential).
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable with manual lifting and physical work.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team.
