Job Title: Systems Tester

We are seeking a Systems Tester to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software systems meet requirements.
• Design, manage, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system specifications and business requirements.
• Create and maintain test data for various testing scenarios.
• Perform system performance testing and provide detailed feedback on findings.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, testing tools, and methodologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in software/system testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is a plus.

Salary: £39,000.00-£42,000 per year
