About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answering and routing incoming calls with professionalism.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintaining a log of visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
