Under 18 years £12,655 per annum- 20 years £16,900 per annum
21+ years £22,359 per annum
Leeds City College are recruiting for an Apprentice Curriculum Administrator to join our team in the School of Business at Printworks Campus. The successful candidate will be enrolled onto the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship where they will develop their skills and experience and attain their Level 2 Customer Service qualification whilst in the role.
The School of Business, at Printworks Campus, continues to lead the way for Business innovations in teaching and learning, and as such is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward-thinking Apprentice Curriculum Administrator to work with all our stakeholders.
What You Will Do- Support and assist with the effective and efficient running of the quality within the Curriculum delivery team for documentation supporting course enrolments and completions.
- Maintain student/apprentice data records including registers, ULNs, destinations/job outcomes, change requests and other reporting requests.
- Deal effectively and professionally with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Support student enrolments within the Group and work with the central MIS/Marketing teams throughout main enrolment.
- Liaise with line manager to support College events including parents’ evenings, open evening, and awards event.
