Construction Solicitor
Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their Manchester office.Our client is an award-winning law firm who have been continuously ranked as a Top 200 employer for their bespoke training programmes with peer and partner support, flexible working options and fantastic benefits package which includes a generous bonus scheme and season ticket loans.
Throughout your role as a Construction Solicitor, your duties may include:
Drafting amendmentsAdvising on construction obligations in property documents
Reviewing or drafting contracts and warranties
Bespoke drafting of purchase orders and agreements
Legal research and assisting with the wider team
The candidate will ideally have 0-5 years PQE, is highly organised, can prioritise their own time well, is an excellent team player and has a keen attention for detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ or experienced solicitor who is looking to establish themselves within a well-regarded legal practice, for the long-term.
