Job Purpose
I have MS and I am wheelchair user living in the Redditch area and I am looking for a female personal care assistant to support me for 2 days per week for 3 calls a day, morning, lunch and early evening.
Personal Care: There will be aspects of personal care in this role including dressing, showering and support with toileting etc.Domestic duties: Support with meal prep, meal times and light domestic duties around the home.
Perform any duties that are of a reasonable request
Full training will be provided.
Person Specification: Be patient and supportive.
Be friendly and outgoing.Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
Be respectful of the employer’s dignity, at all times.
Understand the need for privacy and confidentiality.
You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to undergo any training highlighted by the employer.
