We are recruiting for the coolest, newly opened restaurant in Hoxton!
The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
We are seeking an extraordinary Bartender, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.
If you possess the finesse honed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become a reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.
As our Bartender, you will receive:
- Salary: £12.42 per hour plus generous TRONC

We are looking for our Bartender, who:
- Responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepare drinks
- Ensures our bar runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
- Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Has previous Cocktail making/Mixology/Bartender experience
