Digital Media and Live Streaming Specialist
The Digital Media and Live Streaming Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital content strategies for organizations, as well as overseeing live streaming events. This role focuses on increasing online engagement through media production and ensuring the smooth broadcast of live events for viewers.The specialist collaborates with teams to develop compelling content while managing the technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring a seamless viewer experience.
TASKS:- Develops and implements digital content strategies across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborates with teams to produce visual articles, videos, and graphics to enhance organizational awareness.
- Sets up and operates streaming equipment, including cameras, audio, and lighting, for live events.
- Manages live streaming software and hardware to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
- Creates engaging social media content, monitors trends, and adjusts strategies to maximize audience interaction.
- Troubleshoots technical issues during live streams, providing real-time support to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimizes recorded content for future use and manages playback on online platforms.
- Tracks and analyzes online engagement metrics to measure content performance and growth.
- Ensures all digital content aligns with the organization's mission and maintains a professional image.
- Provides technical guidance and training to team members on live streaming and content creation tools.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in media production and live streaming environments.

Salary: £51,966 to £62,433 per annum
