Customer Service Administrator (FTC)

Target Group are a leading firm in the financial services industry, specialising in loan servicing and arrears management. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 12 months. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be 100% based in our Newport office (NP10 8UH). Onsite parking is available.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming post relating to one specific project, in line with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To log all “Special” and “Recorded” items of inbound post
  • Manage the scanning and distribution of incoming faxes
  • Manage client mailboxes to ensure all electronic correspondence is allocated to the relevant customer accounts
  • To ensure all documents are scanned via Electronic Document Management system
  • All cheques to be scanned, logged and securely stored in preparation for banking by Finance
  • The allocation of scanned work to key Operational areas, using Business Process Management system
  • To ensure all outbound mail is prepared and ready for daily collection by Royal Mail
  • The collating and archiving of scanned documents in preparation for collection by Crown along with recalling of deeds, boxes and underwriting files
  • Ensuring high value items are returned to customers in a timely manner once scanned

Requirements

The ideal Candidate will:

  • Be passionate about providing fantastic levels of service for customers
  • Be able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
  • Care about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do
  • Have previous Customer Service experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry (desirable)
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to manage own time effectively and to plan and organise
