About You
You’re driven, hardworking, and focused on building yourself as a brand.
Some leads may be provided for the right candidate, but self-generation is essential.
Above all, you must have the hunger to succeed.
What We’re Looking For- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- 12 months minimum mortgage experience
- Proven sales record
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in financial services and strong compliance awareness
- Fast learner with the ability to self-generate business
- Work at your own pace
- Access to a modern, tech-focused CRM to manage clients

Job Types: Self employed
£30,000 – £100,000 per year DEPENDS ON HOW HARD YOU WORK
100% of broker fees on self-generated cases
