We’re a privately held recruitment business that specialises in helping businesses find talent in Technology, Accounting, Governance, Compliance, Change Management, Advisory and Legal.

We are looking for Technology consultants to join our team in London, this desk in particular focusses on helping business hire specialist talent in the Technology sector. The team have a diverse client base varying in size and different industry sectors which means it is an incredibly interesting team to be a part of.

You will have full autonomy over the market you want to cover. We cover both Permenent and Contract - if you want to dual desk that works for us too!

Responsibilities:

Working alongside some of the best consultants in the industry you will be provided with all the tools you need to be a successful consultant. You will be supported but also given the freedom to be yourself as you develop your own way of recruiting.

After all people buy from people and we embrace this.

This a 360 recruitment role which means as well as finding and attracting talent to fill your open roles you will also be actively building your own network of clients through business development calls/meetings and gathering business intelligence.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process end to end.

Skills:

Hard Skills:

  • Proven experience in technology recruitment, with a deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and trends.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including online platforms, social media, and tech-specific job boards.
  • Proven Business Development experience, using multiple strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to suitable roles.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving tech recruitment environment.
