We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Resourcing Team at Greggs as a Recruitment Team Leader. In this role you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team, supporting Resourcers and Recruitment Managers to ensure we get amazing candidates in to Greggs roles.

What you’ll do
As the Recruitment Team leader you’ll:
- Lead a team of Resourcers and Advisor to support the recruitment of hard to fill or escalated vacancies.
- Support and develop the team to ensure a successful recruitment sourcing service to candidates and colleagues, focussing on call to interview to offer conversion.
- Lead the team in the sourcing of candidates utilising suitable job platforms to ensure we recruit the best candidates for the role.
- Complete regular 1-1’s with your team to ensure they are supported and performing in the best possible way.
- Take direction from the Resourcing Manager to ensure clear guidance on capacity and workload to direct and drive the team.
- Work with the team to assess job platforms, processes and sourcing techniques ensuring a focus of continuous improvement, providing excellent customer service to both candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Support Recruitment Managers through taking on roles and sourcing where necessary.
- Support job fairs, and ordering of recruitment materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with People Team Leaders to ensure consistency in people management.
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Have experience in leading a team, setting and monitoring SLA/'s and objectives for your team.
- Ideally a background in recruitment with experience of sourcing candidates specifically how to find the right candidate for the right role.
- Experience working with a variety of job board platforms and how to get the most out of each platform would be beneficial.
- Act as a role mode, leading by example on quality sourcing and encouraging a joint approach.
- Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising.
- Have the ability to influence and advise your team and peers across the business
- Enjoy multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales.
- Posses excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together.
