Threat Intelligence Response Lead : Cyber Security : Banking : Hybrid London - £600 per day

A leading global bank are now seeking a Threat Intelligence Response Lead to join it's newly created team on contract. As part of their enterprise and risk teams, you will be part of the critical business unit reporting up to the Chief Security Officer.

This team are new to London and contribute to threat and risk management that spans the organisation to mitigate risks, reduce losses, address complex security and fraud threats, and protect against financial crimes proactively. This effort is geared predominantly towards protecting the bank's clients, assets, staff, and operations through the delivery of proactive intelligence across the cyber, financial and physical security.

Your role will be to provide effective, coordinated response and recovery orchestration services for business impacting operational disruption incidents. The role is responsible for leading incident response and recovery efforts of lower levels of severity and complexity, and supporting senior members in higher severity, more complex incidents as assigned.

Key requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in intelligence response, information security/cybersecurity, fraud
  • Experience in an organisation of some scale and complexity that may suffer threat or cyber issue
  • Strong ability to communicate in a clear, concise and logical manner to understand escalation cycles and severity
  • Large end user or consultancy experience
  • Bachelors degree in Cyber Security or similar
