  • Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Ensure students' safety and well-being during lessons, breaks, and school activities.
  • Help manage behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies, promoting social interaction and inclusion.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but passionate individuals looking to develop their skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting children.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo one.
  • Ability to commute to Godalming.
