Teaching personnel are looking for a SEN Teaching assistant to help support the teaching staff to develop and provide quality learning for pupils with special education needs. This will range from a wide variety of physical, emotional and behavioural needs, you will help to encourage pupils to be engaged and interested to make them feel safe and happy in a learning environment.- FREE CPD Training to progress your career and knowledge.

- Engage with playground activities.

- Keep records and attend review meetings.
- Communicate with parents and guardians.
- 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 support.
- Ensure childrens saftey at all times.
- Have experience working with SEN pupils.
- Friendly and compassionate.
- Patient.

- Sensitivity and understanding.
- Understanding SEN needs.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Confident working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

Salary - £20,000 - £27,000 (£80 -£100 per day) depending on experience.
