Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Director to play a leading role in further growing our market presence in the Middle East. Working closely with the Regional Management Director, this is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a strategy and vision, and with your skills, lead client engagements/accounts contributing to an expanding region, for one of the most entrepreneurial leadership development companies.
Exciting work you will do:
- Focus on business development, account leadership and solution delivery across clients and develop in-depth solutions that enact long-term success for our clients.
- Draw on your unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients’ challenges and develop creative leaning solutions.
- Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through Duke’s design approach to leadership development.
- Impact bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that drive results and fuel commercial growth.
- Lead and manage team members, both on projects and as a mentor - sharing experiences, expertise and insights to help others develop and grow.
- Showcase yourself as a thought leader by developing your professional network through association memberships, speaking, and writing engagements, and community activities. Work with clients primarily located in Middle East, with some travel required.
Requirements
Ideally, we would like someone with:
- Demonstrable senior-level management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience consulting with Middle Eastern clients, is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts particularly, creating new business opportunities and previous success in driving significant client account growth.
- Extensive pitch / proposal development experience required with the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients via authentic exchanges, skillful consensus building, and activated collaboration.
- Track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved establishing credibility and fostering relationships with senior-level executives.
- Creative ingenuity and exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
