Pathway Coordinator | Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
We have an exciting opportunity for a job role within MSK (Pain, Rheumatology, Trauma and Orthopaedics) for a Rheumatology Pathway coordinator, to support the management of a professional administration service in the Rheumatology service, and to all its users including patients, relatives and colleagues.
To ensure delivery of the 18 week RTT target completing tracking for the Rheumatology services across all consultants however will cross cover Trauma & Orthopaedics and Pain. To be responsible for overall effective pathway management of outpatient activity.To actively be involved with monitoring specific patient groups.
To be effectively involved with operational meetings and team meetings to ensure service delivery.
