Provide a timely and effective Personal Assistant service to the Managing Director, enabling them to make the best use of their time. Your role is to provide a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Managing Director of the TPC and key senior colleagues, co-ordinating the functions of their offices and taking forward delegated tasks on behalf of the Managing Director.
You will establish and maintain appropriate filing systems and databases, ensuring timely and accurate filing. You will ensure information is circulated appropriately as required, and that high standards of communication is achieved. You will plan and organise meetings, including booking of venues and catering, preparing agendas, taking minutes of meetings for the TPC, and timely distribution of papers.
