We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Marketing team in Bristol or Bath office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in an administrative, marketing or events coordination role who is looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Events Coordination support
  • Marketing Materials & Asset Management
  • Website & Digital Marketing Support
  • Database & CRM Management
  • General Administrative Support
  • Invoice & Budget Tracking
  • Internal Coordination

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or events coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Working hours & location:

This is a hybrid role based in either our Bath or Bristol office. There will also be opportunities for you to travel to our other offices.

It’s a full-time position, 35 hours per week. We will consider applications from candidates looking for part-time positions.
