- To support individuals living in the community with an array of mental health needs
- To manage a small caseload
- To document patient notes / medications / care plans
Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Community experience is preferred
