Full and Part time care assistant (days) required for family run EMI (dementia) residential home.
36+ Full Time18 - 24hrs part time
Shift patterns are 8am - 2pm (6hr)2pm - 8pm (6hr)
8am - 8pm (12hr)
Successful candidates will need to undertake a DBS.
NVQ level 2 is desirable but not essential, as the successful candidate can be enrolled on to the course after a probationary period.Experience desirable, but again not essential for the right candidate.
You will also need to be registered on social care Wales which is now compulsory in Wales.
Pay may be higher if NVQ level 3
Duties to include, personal care, activities, serving meals and assisting at meal times, keeping rooms tidy. Assisting to the bathroom, and various other duties.
