Monitor hospital referral letters via the e-Referral system and update GPs when required advising of any rejections or queries. Send 2WW (Two Week Wait) referrals by the appropriate system as presented and ensure the referral is recorded appropriately Check that 2WW referrals have been attended and report any DNAs to the referring GP Deal with hospital enquiries results, appointments etc To establish and maintain filing and administrative systems so that written or computer information is easily accessible and secure To receive incoming and initiate outgoing telephone calls in order to facilitate timely and appropriate communications with others, taking messages and dealing with appropriate queries To retrieve medical records and assist the completion of medical/insurance records subject access requests and medical forms.

To invoice and record payments for insurance/solicitor requests. Provide holiday/sickness cover for your colleagues where necessary Work across both sites Any other duties reasonable to your position REPORTING TOOperations Managers, Practice Manager & Partners
