Senior Programme Manager – Business Transformation
Are you an experienced, pragmatic and engaging Senior Programme Manager looking to apply your business transformation experience and knowledge within an environment which creates huge positive impact, helping to give homeless young people a future every single day?
We are looking to speak to you if you have previously led significant business change projects within a complex multi layers environment. This 18 month contract will see the successful candidate leading through the discovery and implementation stage of a transformation project that will touch every organisational area, focussing on creating efficiencies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a fit-for-purpose data architecture and approach to system integration
- Developing options around system development – working with the business to prioritise the system development areas that should be taken forward first
- Development of system development roadmap
- Engagement with software providers for early thinking around prioritised system solutions & maximising insight/intel on the best way forward
- Working alongside the Executive Programme Sponsor to lead tenders to select implementation partners
- Development of individual business cases for investment alongside Programme Sponsor
- Leading the delivery of major systems implementation ensuring appropriate project by project governance in place for multiple system builds
- Robust project management principles are followed consistently across all BCP system builds in a consistent manner
- Business rules and programme principles are always followed
- Individual workstreams within particular projects are being run effectively and feeding into project governance structures
