Salary: £16-£18 per hour

Holt Engineering are seeking a couple of skilled CNC Millers to join our growing team in Andover. As a leading precision engineering company, they specialise in producing high-quality components for various industries and have recently just landed a very large automotive contract.

CNC Miller Responsibilities:

• Operating and setting CNC machining centres (Mazak, Heidenhain, Fanuc).
• Editing CNC programs.
• Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.
• Ensuring quality standards and meeting production deadlines.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve production goals.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines.

CNC Miller Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC machining, preferably with Mazak, Heidenhain, and Fanuc controls.
• Proficient in offsets and tooling changes.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
